At Trilogy, we’re not only construction and contracting, we’re also Design. On a typical project we manage the design process including architecture, exterior finishes and landscape architecture, and Interior Design and often, Furnishings.

Our Interior Design process begins very early in the project design cycle primarily because knowledge of the interior and exterior finishes is essential to accurate budgeting.

How do we start Interior Design? First, we build a model, like those below. Whether for new construction or remodeling, models are an absolute must. Why don’t other design firms model like we do? First, most design teams don’t have the training or commitment to model at a high level of detail. And there is a cost involved. Yes, modeling adds a bit to the design cost up front, but as you can imagine, it also creates greater clarity. Modeling gives clients the security of knowing exactly what they are going to get. And modeling helps the build team budget more accurately and execute without errors. If mistakes are made, they are made and corrected during the design. And not at the construction site. In the long run, Modeling absolutely saves Money!
