This Beeler Place townhome at Copper Mountain had 1980 written all over it. So we did a complete top-to-bottom facelift including a completely new kitchen, new bathrooms, a new fireplace and entertainment center, new furnishings, a new staircase railing system and a large new window in the dining area. Our timeless, low maintenance “very much on a budget” design will keep this rental unit looking current for years. The owners report that vacation rentals are up 70% in 2 years!
